Carola York, MD Jellyfish Publishing: Carola York, MD of Jellyfish Publishing, is a specialist in subscription marketing and helps Jellyfish’s publishing clients grow their print, digital and app subscription businesses. Carola joined Jellyfish Publishing earlier this year following 25 years working for a range of consumer and business-to-business publishers including The Spectator, EMAP, The Tablet, TSL Education, The Economist and IPC - in the UK, Hong Kong and Singapore. Here she shares her priorities for the business and provides some tips for niche publishers.

Miles Galliford, Co-Founder, Subhub: Miles Galliford is co-Founder of Subhub, who provide membership websites for publishers and organisations. He is a serial tech entrepreneur and a thought leader in online publishing. His sessions at our past live events have been highly popular, drawing on subscription website success stories from both sides of the Atlantic.
