After two successful years at Exec Peterborough, the Specialist Media Show, the annual event for niche consumer and b2b publishers to learn about growing their business in print, events and digital media, is moving to Birmingham.

The new home will be Think Tank, the Birmingham science museum, a short taxi ride from Birmingham New Street and Moor Street, and accessible by road with a multi-storey car park next door.  It’s a high-tech, contemporary building, matching the show’s focus on the technology that is transforming the media industry.

Learn how to grow your specialist media business

The Specialist Media Conference, with real-life case studies from pioneering independent media businesses, will take place in the Theatre, with lunch and round table discussions in a VIP area within the exhibition hall. More about the conference.

The popular Media Workshops programme, with practical tips for all aspects of publishing, will continue, with some sessions taking place in the futuristic environment of the Planetarium.

In the main exhibition hall, visitors can explore the wide range of suppliers and services, book 1-1 consultations with specialists in the Expert Village, see demonstrations of new media technology in the open Innovation Theatre and network with their peers in the relaxed Media Café.
