It's an event created for media people by media people. The Show focuses on the needs of specialist media, providing them with opportunities to learn about new channels, share ideas and tips and network with peers.

Free workshops: A well-attended packed programme of speakers inspired audiences with ideas and practical tips in marketing, editorial, design, online, legal, production, print and paper.

The Directors of the Specialist Media Show have between them many decades of experience in specialist media, across publishing, marketing, events, digital and strategy. They have worked with Emap, Bauer, Future, Archant, DMA, ABC, Guardian News & Media and CDS Global, plus small independent publishers.  They have launched and acquired magazines, events and specialist web businesses.  They have written for trade publications and spoken at conferences on the impact of technology on media businesses.
